Any time I need help with my auto insurance l call my representative Monay Watson at State Farm. She is the BEST! She is extremely knowledgeable, the most helpful, and assisted me in saving money on my auto insurance policy. Thank you Monay! I feel like when I call Monay she treats me with care like a family member and has my best interest at heart. Her level of customer service is hard to find these days. Again thank you for putting my mind at ease. 🤩
UPDATE: Everything started out great. I moved back to California 14 months ago. And since I moved back, I have attempted to ask this agency why my policy went up $150 a month I sent two emails to James Williams directly, which were never answered back. Recently I was offered a new policy with a new auto reputable insurance company. The new auto insurance policy is saving me $150 a month easily with the same coverage that I had before. I am flabbergasted. I have a 2018 vehicle which is financed. I also have a 2012 vehicle which I own. My last four months insurance statement was $360-$380 a month! Why? Again when I reached out through email to James I never heard back from him.
I am experiencing that once I moved out of Nevada that James Williams State Farm office did not care or worry that my policy was so high. It was basically like out of sight out of mind. Why are they not going to service this policy properly? Lackluster insurance practices in my opinion."

"As always it starts off great. Which is why I don’t leave reviews right away. I like to gauge a service and see if it’s worthy of five stars.
James is/was wonderful when we met knowledgeable and helpful.
So I’ll give it 2 stars it’s not terrible. Not great.
Getting in touch with this location takes forever. Customer service is sub par. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. But I wouldn’t not recommend them either. In between on that. Maybe in 6months it’ll improve and I’ll update my review. But being a customer through him for a few years that’s been my experience. So all in all slightly under average experience compared to my other State Farm agents I’ve had in the past. I’ve been with State Far for years and this is the first agent I’ve had where it’s been more disappointing than most. But not the worst I’ve experienced(:"
